Young MHESI Scholars Project “One World, One Health”

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][thim-single-images image=”8094″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]On 8 May 2020, THOHUN and SEAOHUN were honored to co-host with MHESI on the Young MHESI Scholars project, a new platform for young academic staff and researchers at Thai universities to provide a forum for discussions to create a research framework in driven national development. In this regard, THOHUN by Dr. Saengduen Moonsom participated in the Young MHESI Scholars’ Town Hall Talk panel (Zoom online), discussing the conceptual framework of One Health in drive and triggers for new normal and what are new normal in One Health using COVID-19 as a wicked problem and OH approach as the solution (multidiscipline and multisector). We also gave example of OH issues and self-sufficiency approach together with THOHUN or academic effort as national level to deal with the wicked problems.
